Giveaway Rules

  1. **Eligibility**: - Participants must be human beings at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian who can enter on their behalf. - The giveaway is open to residents of countries where such giveaways are legal, there is no cost to enter.   - Participants must be followers of my Twitch channel.  -Participants who reside in countries bound by trade embargo or who are otherwise outside the regions Gecko Gamer Gear and it's fulfilment partners can ship to, will not receive their prize directly but may at the streamers discretion nominate an eligible person to receive the goods instead.

 

  1. **Entry Requirements**: - To enter, participants must type !giveaway in the chat during the live stream. You must wait until the giveaway is unlocked and entry is declared open by the streamer. Attempting to enter early will only result in a reset. Repeated attempts to enter at the wrong time may result in your being disqualified. Subscribers may have double entries, all other participants have only one entry per giveaway.   - Entries must be submitted during the giveaway period, which will be announced during the stream.

 

  1. **Giveaway Period**: - The giveaway(s) will start if unlocked by reaching the sub goals, at a point after the goal is reached the giveaway will begin, you will be told how long you have to enter, this period will be no shorter than 3 minutes and may be longer. - Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

 

  1. **Winner Selection**: - Winners will be chosen randomly using Nightbot. - The winner will be announced live on stream and contacted via Twitch direct message.   - If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

 

  1. **Prizes**: - The prizes for this giveaway are [depending on goals met] a code to get 10% off in the Gecko Gamer Gear store; a free t-shirt from the Gecko Gamer Gear store; a free cap from the Gecko Gamer Gear store; and 5x free shipping codes for the Gecko Gamer Gear store. - Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  -Any prizes that are not unlocked through subscription goals will not be awarded.

 

  1. **Disqualification**: - Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway process will result in disqualification. - Participants found using multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified. Anyone who has been banned from the chat or who has violated the twitch ToS will be disqualified. Codes are only to be used by the winner, for one order, any attempt to transfer, share or otherwise abuse the code will result in the prize being voided and the winner will be disqualified from any future giveaways or promotions.

 

  1. **General Conditions**: - By entering the giveaway, participants agree to comply with Twitch's terms of service and community guidelines. - The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitch. -Participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to provide accurate and reliable information as necessary to provide the prize, including where applicable: email address, physical address and payment details, please see below. We need to be able to provide you with the code and to be able to deliver any orders you make with your codes. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or with each other. Winners will receive prizes (in the form of codes) within 30 days of the giveaway.

 

  1. **Privacy**: - Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of contacting the winner and providing the prizes, and will not be shared with third parties.
